Music Director - Rebecca Roudman

The founding music director of the N.Y.S.E., Rebecca Roudman is a member of the Oakland Symphony and the Santa Rosa Symphony. N.Y.S.E. was founded in 2002.

​

She has also performed with the Women's Philharmonic Orchestra, Modesto Symphony, Monterey Symphony, San Francisco Ballet Orchestra, Santa Cruz Symphony, and Vallejo Symphony.

​

Rebecca has soloed with the Cal State Hayward Orchestra, the Marin Chamber Orchestra, the Ohlone College Orchestra,the Classical Philharmonic, the Mission College Orchestra and the Women's Community Orchestra. As part of her music adventures, Rebecca has toured China, Europe and Brazil, backed up Issac Hayes, Carlos Santana, Evan Rachel Wood,and Joan Baez, and shared a stage with Elvis Costello, Ry Cooder, Itzhak Perlman, Deltron 3030, and Liz Phair, been in an Acura car commercial and was on the soundtrack for the Bruce Willis movie, Looper" and on the soundtrack for the Jeremy Renner movie, "Kill the Messenger."
